The 36-year-old moves to the
Nottinghamshire side from Vanarama National League North outfit Kettering Town,
who he joined in July 2020 after being released by SkyBet League Two side
Carlisle United.
He originally joined Carlisle in the
summer of 2009 after five seasons at Workington AFC having previously being on
Newcastle United's books.
After establishing himself as the
club's first choice keeper during the 2009/10 campaign, he posted an
ever-present record in the 2010/11 season.
This included the Johnstone`s Paint
Trophy final at Wembley where, as one of the survivors of the previous year's
4-1 defeat at the hands of Southampton, he kept a clean sheet in the victory
over Brentford.
After 133 games for Carlisle, he moved
to Rotherham United in 2013 and played 71 times as well as having a spell on
loan with Scottish giants Aberdeen.
He then spent a couple of years and 73
matches with Notts County before returning to Brunton Park in the summer of
2018. |
