The
versatile 24-year-old, who can operate at right-wing as well as right-back,
swaps Trowbridge Road for Badgers Hill after two seasons in Bradford-on-Avon.
The
Frome native won the players' player of the year award in his first season with
The Bobcats, following a move from Radstock Town in 2018 and was rated as one
of the best full-backs in the league.
He
also was part of Bradford's table-topping team of last term, who were
heading towards promotion prior to the curtailment of the 2019/20 season.
Manager
Danny Greaves told https://www.weareba11.com: "I'm really happy to be able
to announce Jack as our latest signing. He comes highly recommended and has
shown a great desire to play for his home-town club.
"It's
an added bonus that he is a local lad as that is something we want to do more,
but you have to be good enough, and we think Jack certainly is.
"He
has been training with us since we started small group sessions in early July
and hasn't missed a session in that time. He is a fit lad, meaning he can get
up and down, and he can deliver a great ball from wide areas.
"He
has impressed us so far and we now look forward to working with him as the pre-season
games begin". |
