The three have featured heavily across pre-season for the Seasiders, all impressing manager Chris Hardy.
The former Quaker
also brings added versatility to Hardy’s side, being able to operate anywhere
on the left side, or as a forward, operating chiefly as a left-wing-back.
Kitchen
is a product of the Newcastle United academy and returns to the country after a
spell playing in Croatia.
The
20-year-old right back spent 13 years with his boyhood club, before joining NK
Novigrad.
Nineteen-year-old
Cooke is another former Middlesbrough academy player.
The central
midfielder, who is the brother of Peterborough United’s Callum Cooke, appeared
for Boro in the Under-18 Premier League and has also featured in Northern
League football, turning out for Easington Colliery on `work experience`.
