...Warren Squires has signed a professional contract with SkyBet League Two neighbours Mansfield Town.

Squires, already part of the Stags' academy set-up, has caught the eye with a number of excellent displays for the Wrens` first-team this season, and while on the one hand they are sorry to see him go, they have offered their congratulations and their best wishes for the future to their departing custodian.

Assistant-manager Paul Rockley told the club`s website: "Warren goes with our congratulations and very best wishes for his future, and our thanks for his time with us. We are delighted to have been able to play a small part in his development - he has the potential to go far in the game".
