Twenty-year-old Phillips has just finished a fine season with Gloucester City in National League North, bagging 16 goals to help The Tigers into the end of season play-offs. A talented finisher, Phillips is a product of the Bristol Rovers Academy. After signing a professional contract with The Gas, he picked up non-league experience with loan spells at Chippenham, Dorchester and Swindon Supermarine – the latter seeing him net 17 times in 2021-22. After leaving Bristol he joined Gloucester last summer where his goals played a big part in their memorable season. Six goals in four games during October 2022 also bagged him the division’s Player of the Month award. Phillips (pictured) joins Harriers on a two-year deal. McNally joins Harriers from new league rivals Solihull Moors, having spent from November 2022 until the end of last season on loan at Aggborough. The 22-year-old centre-back re-joined Solihull in July 2020 on a two-year deal. The 6`2” defender was previously part of the set-up at the Moors and signed first-team forms in March 2017. He featured throughout pre-season in both 2017 and 2018, before moving to then-National League North side Guiseley AFC for the 2019/20 campaign. He went on to make 35 appearances across all competitions for the Lions as they ended the season in ninth position, narrowly missing out on the play-offs. He was named as the players’ and young player of the year to cap off an impressive year.
