The versatile 26-year-old is comfortable in the centre of defence or midfield and has joined Moors on a contract until the end of the 2023/24 campaign. Born in DR Congo, Mbeka first caught the eye in English football during spells across Yorkshire with the likes of Sheffield FC, Tadcaster Albion and Ossett United. However, it was his consistently outstanding performances in the colours of Guiseley which really enhanced his reputation and earned him a move to Boston last summer. Mbeka impressed in opposition to Moors at The Brewery Field earlier this season and has remained on the radar for boss Jason Ainsley.
