Allott's On The Move Again
Well-travelled striker Gavin Allott has remained in the Pitching In Northern Premier League Division One East by signing for Pontefract Collieries.

The experienced 35-year-old scored 14 goals last season as he helped Liversedge to win promotion from the division.

 

He had joined Sedge in the summer of 2021 from another league rivals. Worksop Town, where he had spent a season after being with Toolstation Northern Counties East League side Maltby Main.

 

He had moved to Main in early December 2019.

 

A May 2019 signing for NPL Premier Division Gainsborough Trinity from Lincolnshire rivals Boston United, he arrived at The Jakemans Stadium in October 2018 following a goals-filled career with Frickley Athletic.

 

He left Westfield Lane with close to 120 goals to his credit, having also appeared for the likes of Goole AFC, Worksop Town and Shaw Lane AFC.
